I was afraid that this would lead to heating issues and I wasn’t sure what the problem was. Sure enough a week after going in for service I had to stop on the side road for engine overheating. In short, my car had NO coolant. If the dealer even opened up the hood they would have seen that there was nothing in there. More

I refuse to ever bring my vehicle back here as they are so unprofessional and do not keep you updated on your car. My new 2018 Jeep was in the shop for 63 days total with three different visits. They made a “guess” of what was wrong just because they couldn’t replicate the problem and the service lady told me it was “user error”. They need to send there techs for more training as everything is electronic these days. Max the cars salesman is the only reason this dealership stays afloat, that was the only good part of my car buying experience. More
