Uninformed Staff members I was told I would no longer receive lifetime oil changes, because, A) Quote: "We haven't offered lifetime oil changes since 2016, next time you have I was told I would no longer receive lifetime oil changes, because, A) Quote: "We haven't offered lifetime oil changes since 2016, next time you have to pay". B) Quote: "You don't use any of our other services I see". I had to contact the manager to straighten out this matter. "Lifetime Oil Changes" don't end in 6 years. I was offered a refund,(if necessary) Free oil changes were reinstated by Management, who couldn't of been more helpful. 6/27/2018 Here is the reply I received from the manager: Hello and thank you for letting us know about this issue! I spoke with my manager and he followed up with the service department to update your file. You are still able to receive the free oil changes. If you have been charged for one and paid for that already my manager will be happy to refund you asap! Please let me know if you have been charged, otherwise you are all set for the free oil changes to continue! Thank you for your time and have a good day! Obvious this e-mail has my father's first name, not mine. Requested a trade-in quote on the vehicle. Gave Jamie in the service department the name and number to call regarding the quote. The salesman called my number and asked for my father. My car remained at the service center for 3 days to have the salesperson review and provide a quote. After 3 days of waiting, picked up my car and no quote was ever received. More
