What's the point of an appointment! Had a 9:30am appt on Sat to have my base antenna replaced on my 5 week old 2020 Compass. I said I was going to wait. Was told it would take 1-2 hours. My vehicle was not even looked at until after 1:00pm. I did not get called to be told it was ready until 2:45pm. Other than the staff repeating that they "understand my frustration" (that they are the cause of) you leave with the feeling that there is no consideration for the customers time. This was after speaking to my sales guy who had.me talk to the Manager Mike (who did offer me a vehicle to do my errands). A complete waste of my Saturday afternoon. There is only one individual there that does this work (so I was told) which makes it even more confusing that an organization like yours can't properly schedule 1 employees time properly. This will be the last vehicle purchased from you. Unfortunate as my last 3 are from there. My 5 week old "brand new" 2020 has been back to your shop 4 times and the service staff and manager had no issue with me having to return for a 5th whether in the rental offered or yet another appt if I wasn't able to spend 5+ hours of Saturday there. Phil my sales guy was fine. His hands were tied to provide any help hence "his" 5 star rating. More
