Horrible customer service. Do not take your vehicle to this service department. They wanted to tear my car apart and it was simply a blown fuse. Ridiculous treatment. Service dept. Took my Kia 2020 Sedona in for its first visit. There were no hidden surprises and the time from start to finish was really quick. In addition to oil change had tire rotation. Price of tire rotation was definitely higher than I’ve ever paid. It took 2 hours to get my oil changed with no apologies, I think that is excessive! New service staff isn't as good as the previous also when the technician got out of my vehicle upon completion of service I think that is excessive! New service staff isn't as good as the previous also when the technician got out of my vehicle upon completion of service ( no gloves/mask) and did not wipe anything down in my car. Luckily I carry my own cleaning supplies. Not sure what happened but quality of service this time was not great. If the service wasn't included on my warranty I would not return More

Had several disappointing visits at this location when it comes to vehicle maintenance. Have experienced dishonesty on several occasions from service center. Received free oil changes for life of vehicle. Th comes to vehicle maintenance. Have experienced dishonesty on several occasions from service center. Received free oil changes for life of vehicle. They honored that for three years. My most recent visit they could not find the file and are now charging for oil changes. In addition I was told on two separate occasions that I needed new brakes when they were replaced less than a month ago in both instances. I brought this to the attention of management who apologized and offered incentives in the amount they were trying to falsely sell me on with the brakes. Too many bad experiences with them to go back again. More
