Had several disappointing visits at this location when it comes to vehicle maintenance. Have experienced dishonesty on several occasions from service center. Received free oil changes for life of vehicle. Th comes to vehicle maintenance. Have experienced dishonesty on several occasions from service center. Received free oil changes for life of vehicle. They honored that for three years. My most recent visit they could not find the file and are now charging for oil changes. In addition I was told on two separate occasions that I needed new brakes when they were replaced less than a month ago in both instances. I brought this to the attention of management who apologized and offered incentives in the amount they were trying to falsely sell me on with the brakes. Too many bad experiences with them to go back again. More

Do not go to this place or to the service center The first time i went there for a oil change they forgot to do the oil change, had i not noticed it was not on the paperwork they would have not said The first time i went there for a oil change they forgot to do the oil change, had i not noticed it was not on the paperwork they would have not said anything. So i really should have learned from this. Went back a couple times for oil changes being that they were only $15. They did not screw my engine splash shield on all the way. A few days after my oil change it came apart. I reported it to them and they denied not screwing all the screws back on. I am very disappointed with this place. I would not recommend anyone to go there. More
