I set up the Appointment on my phone APP. in the comment sections I asked to use the 69.99 coupon for the full Synthetic oil change. I also noted this on the key drop envelope and put the cou in the comment sections I asked to use the 69.99 coupon for the full Synthetic oil change. I also noted this on the key drop envelope and put the coupon in the envelope with the keys. my free oil change was used in place of the coupon. I was aware of the free oil change but not what I asked for. also asked for the inspection sticker not to be placed on the window tint. this was done and sticker was put below the tint line. the old sticker was removed but the glue was left on the tint and not cleaned off. the tires were rotated and the tire pressure was not adjusted. 60 psi for the front & 80 psi for the rear. as of pick time front PSI is 79 & rear psi is 63 so I do know the rotated the tires. this happened on the last service as well and was told there are new service techs, and it was learning error. these are pretty minor issues but still should not happen. More
