Cassie was good. Mario was not upfront about the estimate for my explorer. It does not appear the mechanic did much of a diagnostic for my f350 diesel other than pull Mario was not upfront about the estimate for my explorer. It does not appear the mechanic did much of a diagnostic for my f350 diesel other than pulling codes and calling the other shop I had an estimate done at. The prices are substantially higher than other ford dealerships. $1500.00 higher for the water pump on the explorer and $3000.00 higher than the other shop for the diesel. More

They greet me right away. They greeted me right away. They took good care of servicing my car . I had to go ask if they found anything on the problem I reported. My check sheet was not filled out. They did say there were no problems . I will call the other side of your shop to see if they can find the loose panel noise. More
