What I was told to plan for as to the amount of time to do the work, compared to the actual time it took to get done was way off. I was told to arrive at 0800. Got there at 0750, the gentleman that helped do the work, compared to the actual time it took to get done was way off. I was told to arrive at 0800. Got there at 0750, the gentleman that helped me had no record of the appointment and looked at me like I was crazy. I was told that they could get me in, but having made the appointment 2 days prior , it was discouraging that it wasn't in the system. A 1.5 -2hour job, took 3plus. More
