My first time I dealt with Doug Woods he was amazing this second time I was switched to someone else and my experience wasn’t so good. The oil change took two hours causing me to miss out on other appointmen second time I was switched to someone else and my experience wasn’t so good. The oil change took two hours causing me to miss out on other appointments and even when I checked on my car to see what was taking so long there was no common courtesy just a “It’s coming out of wash now”. To add Doug went over what was done and what was recommended that didn’t happen this time, to add injury to insult I came out of the service area looking for my car and it wasn’t pulled to the front. I had no idea where it was located so I found an Attendant and she searched for me to find it on the outside of the service area on the side of the building. She drove it up for me but I mean this was pretty bad as far as customer service goes. I unfortunately come from Stuart to Fort Pierce for the convenience but to be fair I would rather go elsewhere if this is the type of service I will receive. Very disappointing I hope my next visit will be better. More

Rafael was personable and took some time out of his busy schedule to chat with me and treat me like a real person. I love the complimentary goodies inside the very clean and customer friendly dealership! I will continue to give them my business! More
