This dealership has always had issues with customer service. Service department is pretty good, however sales is very lacking. The experience at Tri-City was so poor this review doesn't allow enough spaces to type. Sales person that knew next to nothing about the vehicle and didn't follow through, a sales manager that just ca doesn't allow enough spaces to type. Sales person that knew next to nothing about the vehicle and didn't follow through, a sales manager that just cared about getting paperwork signed as fast as possible to meet sales goals, and over all a dealership that doesn't follow through with promises made when making a deal. Signed my paperwork, left with the new vehicle and then basically I had to be the one following up with them to carry out what was promised. My advice, if you buy from them don't sign and leave until everything promised is completed. I still have some things that I was promised that I never got, no apologies other than an offer of an aftermarket product! Avoid Skip, Don, and Zach. More
