I was disappointed in my last appointment. I told the service department that I was having a problem with my front brakes. They took my car in and called me and said I needed new brakes, I sai I told the service department that I was having a problem with my front brakes. They took my car in and called me and said I needed new brakes, I said okay. Never told me I needed front and rear. I pay for the service and accepted that I needed both because that’s what they completed. I was then later told by another tri county employee that I only needed the front ones done. Well, too late considering nobody mentioned that to me. I was told a young man performed the service. Then I was told that my catalytic converter had writing on it like it was from a junkyard and that the employees had taken photos of it, yet again, nobody mentioned this to me or showed me these photos and asked me. I had to hear this from someone who didn’t even work on my car. Disappointing to have spent money I didn’t need to spend and to hear things from outside parties. More
