I have never experienced service like Tri-State Auto provides. They always go above and beyond for their customers. Exceptional communicators. Always thoroughly checking each vehicle for safety standards and seasonal road-readiness. Always a warm, welcoming, friendly atmosphere with at least one unexpected belly laugh to remember. They are open, honest, and treat each person as if they are providing the service to a close friend or family member. Their turn-around time for service is always efficient and the cost is more than reasonable. I have been profoundly impressed with Tri-State Auto--Again and again. I cannot say enough about how amazing and down-to-earth each and every person working there is. From the mechanics, to the owner, to the office staff. Everyone there sincerely cares and anyone who goes to them for service or to purchase a vehicle is consistently in good hands with Tri-State Auto. I will continue coming back to them, spreading the word locally, and purchasing my next vehicle when the time comes. More
