A great Experience! There are a few things about the dealership that I would consider unconventional. It seems like a rapid turnover busy lot and for all intents and pur There are a few things about the dealership that I would consider unconventional. It seems like a rapid turnover busy lot and for all intents and purposes, it is because of high exposure, high demand vehicles, coupled with very fair to downright steal pricing. I was shopping for a quality SUV with luxury features to accommodate the family and pull double duty hauling business equipment around. After shopping locally from Sanford, and online from Edmunds and cars.com. Triad Auto Solutions simply offered the most bang for the buck comparatively and thus was worth the hour and 20 minute drive to the location. The first vehicle I purchased was an Acadia.. Lee helped me close the deal at a great prices and good rates! However.. over the weekend I noticed transmission issues with the vehicle.. no one wants that headache.. Being concerned, I fretted going back to the dealer with a signed contract knowing the transmission had issues.. To my surprise, there was simply no argument.. Lee and Chris went overboard helping me choose a different vehicle (newer Acadia) and took the other one back without issue. That doesn’t happen often from a dealer. Thank you Triad Auto Solution and Lee for the great prices and willingness to get everything right for the customer.. even taking a vehicle back after purchase.. enough said.. These guys are great!
