Best customer service ! After being rejected and ignored in various dealerships for being first time buyer I lost hope in getting a new car . We had called ahead of time, and Lee had the Volt ready to go My wife and I purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Volt from Triad Auto Solutions on 7/8/2017. We had called ahead of time, and Lee had the Volt ready to go for a test drive. After taking a copy of my license, we were on the road within 15 minutes of arriving (we had to install our kids' car seats). The car test drove great, so we decided to make the purchase. The car would not be ready that evening, so Lee arranged delivery for Tuesday (7/11/2017 )to our home address in Durham. Lee was the best sales person we have had the pleasure of doing business with. We were initially out to look at vehicles to purchase at a future date.However, Lee our salesman was so professional and fully knowledgeable of the vehicles we looked at, we felt confident that when the time was right we would be making our purchase from Triad Auto Solutions. Lee then proceeded to show us the market value of the car, and their (Triad Auto Solutions) price which was surprisingly lower than the market price. At this point we realized our initial plan of looking at cars for a future purchase morphed into a purchase today. The staff there interact as a big family and it spills over into their interactions with their customers. The customer service is TOP NOTCH. Jesse in financing made us feel like we were sitting in our living room having lunch with a high school classmate. Regardless of my shortcomings they performed the impossibly delicate task of making me feel well taken care of from start to finish.
