Charlie and Joe were great, and answered all our questions and concerns. We only came in to look and test drive an electric car with no intentions of Leasing but left with leaving a downpayment and questions and concerns. Charlie and Joe were very patient with us and explained everything. Even stayed past their time as they close at 7pm on Friday but never rushed us. That meant a lot to us!! Thank you again More

The advertised on auto trader and their website price at 20k actually ended up being $26,000 so 6 K more then advertised online Stay very dam far away from this dealership, all scammers and false advertisers, never ever buy anything from them, or you will regret it . Lies Lies and lies, who ever owns this place will be shut down soon with all these deceptions guaranteed, horrible horrible the actual worst in my life experience on buying anything on earth and im 50 years old with perfect credit, New Jersey should investigate this place and attorney general should force it to close, horrible place and waste of time and energy FYI in one day also they raised the car price another $3000 dollars online also keeps getting better, complete scumbags More
I purchased my vehicle on Feb/06/25. till date didn’t received my Registration paper work. Very disappointing & unprofessional. The sales manager knew that the vehicle was defective so till date didn’t received my Registration paper work. Very disappointing & unprofessional. The sales manager knew that the vehicle was defective so he gave us 3rd party extended warranty on powertrain. And guess what just after 2 weeks of purchase the engine gave up. So since Feb/17/2025 my vehicle is with same dealership service dept. service dept team is doing their best to get approval from warranty guys Dan & manger Joe (service dept) are very best people and very professional. But the sale team keep dodging me over my registration process they know how important is the vehicle to me yet they don’t care & taking things very easy & very unprofessionally. Every time I go there I meet new person & they don’t have any idea what’s going on & just keeps giving me excuses More
Purchased a used vechile from this dealership back in Feburary 2024 with a service protection plan as well as GAP insurance.. The vechile was wrecked and considered a Total Loss by the insurance. The dealership by law is to reimburse the protection plan as the vechile was financed and paid in full by insurance. The dealership refuses to respond to any voice calls, emails or third party who submitted the appropriate documentation for cancellation and reimbursement request of the funds.. This dealership unfortunately deals in bad faith and should be further investigated for there lack of transparency ,communication and honoring there contractual agreements. More
