Waiting for the finance manager to return calls for a month! I am supposed to get a credit for plate transfer and they sold us a sprinter van with 1 key, it cost $750.00 for us to make another key! The manager also didn't listen when I asked to put loan under my name and he put under the business which cost us a much higher percentage!! The day we purchased I wasn't feeling well and feel that I got taken advantage of. The salesman was very nice, but not that knowledgeable about this vehicle, but it wasn't a cadillac so I understand.
