The dealer added an extra $1,000 above the advertised sticker price for a feature called Flexprotect, which is a tracking device on the car. I did not want this feature, but they told me I had to pay for sticker price for a feature called Flexprotect, which is a tracking device on the car. I did not want this feature, but they told me I had to pay for it since it was already installed. They refused to uninstall it or to sell me the car unless I paid for it. This is a scam. I was able to uninstall the device myself without any tools, even though they said they could not uninstall it. The device was spliced into the OBD2 wire under the drivers side dashboard and it can be unplugged by hand. They only provided me with one key, which they did not tell me until after I paid for the car. A backup key is $400. The car had less than 1/8 of a tank of gas in it when I went to drive it home. Sunni the sales representative was amazing, she went above and beyond helping me lock in this amazing deal. And had a lot of knowledge on the history of my vehicle, which gave me a great amount of secu above and beyond helping me lock in this amazing deal. They were all very professional, knowledgeable, and worked together as a family to make sure I was highly satisfied..
