Trinity Cadillac

Trinity Cadillac has been unresponsive ro three weeks since purchasing a new CT5-V Blackwing. Trim pieces were not installed and put in trunk with the race set-up parts. Bodyshop and other dealership con since purchasing a new CT5-V Blackwing. Trim pieces were not installed and put in trunk with the race set-up parts. Bodyshop and other dealership confirmed pieces should have been installed prior ro delivery. Additionally, $1k was charged on papewrok unexpectedly for "ceramic coating" the car. When I had PPF installed after picking up the car, the installer advised that no coating had ever been applied to the car. I can not get a return call , text or email from the salesman, the sales department, the parts department or the owner. I can only get the auto replies that my messages have been received. But no other replies. More
