This is one of those dishonest car companies that you hear about in New Jersey. They (Juan Torres, The Sales Manager) kept trying to sneak in $ 4,000 additional profit for them. I had to keep catching hear about in New Jersey. They (Juan Torres, The Sales Manager) kept trying to sneak in $ 4,000 additional profit for them. I had to keep catching him, and he kept sneaking it back in. When I questioned him on the charge, he said that it was the profit for the agency, on top of the selling price of the car! Also, every other agency quoted between $ 16-21,000 for my trade in. With a totally serious face, they offered $ 12,000, and then thought they were heroes upping that to $ 13,000. Juan and his group are just thieves, and give car salesmen that horrible reputation More

Your lead salesman Victor never listen to a word I said. He had only one agenda selling the automobile at the highest price. The entire experience seem to reflect a rush to the finish line without being customer sensitive.
