Since you did not use your name on this review, we are not sure who this is, but if you did not purchase a car from us, 100% your down payment will be refunded. If you did purchase a car, then the down payment is applied to your loan, and CANNOT be returned. Accusations of theft are something we take VERY SERIOUSLY and not a practice we engage in.
