Overall given todays auto market favoring the dealers the experience was very good, which should be expected from a Cadillac dealer. I was greeting by very friendly reception desk staff on both days I visited and helped immediately. There was one minor incident at delivery however it was cleared up, luckily I purchase many cars and know what should or should not be included in a CPO car. My sales person Zachary was a very nice young man, it was great to see someone just starting out in his career have such a positive attitude and a make it happen mentality, no doubt he will continue to succeed. The finance manager, who's name I can't recall sorry, was very helpful and the kind of person you enjoy having a conversation with. My documents were ready when I arrived to pickup the SUV and he clearly explained all fees and options. The SUV is for my wife, I was very pleased how detailed the car was for delivery, it was clean, shiny and had a full tank of gas, 5 stars for delivery even though it was a used SUV. More

Had a tire blow on me in the early morning hours heading back to Florida. The service manager Walter Kosik took me in 15 minutes prior to opening time.
