New facility is clean, though the coffee area and amenities are sparse and lacking for a Cadillac dealership. Was less then thrilled with my customer support. Asked to have an AC service for the seas amenities are sparse and lacking for a Cadillac dealership. Was less then thrilled with my customer support. Asked to have an AC service for the season and was told I had to do a complete service to check for leaks and would cost a few hundred dollars… all I wanted was a basic service… was told my extended warranty had expired when I check with GM they said there was still 5 months left. There were other issues but respectfully… that experience was enough that I’ll drive an additional 30 minutes to go to another dealer (Brogan) that I know I can trust. More
