Dont order parts from here! Parts not easy to deal with. Wanted to use a $50 GM rewards certificate. They did not know how to process. Then an indignant employment came from the Parts not easy to deal with. Wanted to use a $50 GM rewards certificate. They did not know how to process. Then an indignant employment came from the back to let me know I was wrong and need to go to service for them to handle it. ...Just went to pick up my parts after I was told to come in. Santana in Parts said I have to goto service to get the R.O. I did. Then I walked across the dealership back to parts. Then he told me I have to go back to service to have someone from over there come back with me to hand me the parts from there. Forget this place..horrible for Customer Service... Booo!!! Just left without any parts. More
