My Wife and I rated Mr. Terry Bailey as the best sales executive we have ever done business with in a Ford or any dealership. I appreciated the honesty, yes honesty, and friendliness of Terry Bailey. He put me at ease when he recognized my nerves and he did not take advantage of that.
