The most unprofessional dealership we've dealt with. Sold them a vehicle and bought one from them as well. The process took much longer then we were initially informed. We confirmed that they had received the title at which point they were supposed to cut us a check for what they owed us from the car we sold. On top of that the way bill conducts business is wholly unprofessional and disrespectful. Told me he didn't care about my feelings in the matter because it was a process to be followed. Would not suggest any one buy or sell a car here. They will jerk you around for as long as humanly possible. Will be filing a BBB report and contacting the attorney general of Indiana in response to their unfair business and somewhat unlawful practices. Only thing positive I can say is Jon is a great guy and will go above and beyond to help you in any way possible. More
