I was very concerned about how I would get financed this time around because my circumstances had changed, my first thought was Truworth got me financed before, maybe they can help, so I called. Rodney Razor answered the phone and he could tell I was extremely upset, and he calmed me down. He helped me find a vehicle I was able to afford and Chip worked hard to get me financed before I even got to the dealership! I LOVE my Ford Edge Limited, for an '08 it is so much nicer than the '12 Fiesta, with just about the same amount of miles, with a much smoother ride, and quieter/better transmission. Rodney and Chip were great throughout the whole process, even when things didn't really go as planned, it all ended up working out for the better! Hopefully, "RED" lives longer than my previous vehicles, but if I ever have to purchase another vehicle, Truworth will always be my go to dealership. They're customer service is TOP NOTCH! More
