When I came in for the appraisal, Jesse was very meticulous and through inspecting the vehicle. After entering the data into Kelley Blue book app I was really disappointed of the value shown but assured by Ryan, Jesse's manager I would receive a better offer which I was. Ryan and Jesse took a lot of time to explain how they determined the amount to offer, what they thought the vehicle would sell for and what additional amount that I might receive per the shares program. All in all I developed a sense of trust and confidence that Tru Worth was very fair and professional throughout the transaction. More
