They were also accommodating when I had a long delay between signing the deal and picking the car up. On the whole it was a good experience. At TruWorth the price is the price, so no negotiating that, but the price I paid was just below the Kelley Blue Book fair-purchase price and the car was in exceptional condition, so I feel like a got a good price and a fair deal without having to fight for it. They do include a $200 theft-insurance protection with every car, so build that into your budget. Also, while you can't negotiate the price, they were willing to fix a few small things on the car for me, which was very nice and sweetened the deal. More

This is the best customer service experience I have had anywhere, let alone a car dealership. This place will go above and beyond... not just to sell a car but to make you happy. I showed up 5 minutes before close because of my work schedule and they treated me as if I was the first customer through the door that day.
