Manny Davis, a salesman approached me and offered his assistance. Mr. Davis was anxious to help. We looked at several cars before I saw what I am certain, my son would love to have. Mr. Davis answered my questions and highlighted different aspects of the car. He was knowledgeable and personable. As a result, I am considering the purchase of a very nice car on the lot, a Buick Regal, that we can afford, and that my son will really like. I also shared with my friend I had extremely limited experience buying from a dealership. (In face, my only experience was when I ordered / purchased a new LandRover Discovery (LR-3) in 2008 whilst living overseas in Australia.) She suggested that I check out TruWorth - it was where she had most recently obtained a vehicle. "They are GOOD people," she advised, a sentiment I wholeheartedly agree with. I popped up just as the snow was starting to fall and was greeted by Greg. I explained my unusual circumstances and stated I was just there to see if there was anything they might be able to do to get me into reliable transportation Greg quickly introduced Chip into our conversation and, together, they began to look for a solution for me. It wasn't long before Greg returned to me and said "we think we've got something just perfect for you" and invited me to take the tidiest used vehicle I've ever encountered out for a test drive. Indeed, the 2015 Honda Accord Sport they identified for me was perfect. What I love is that Greg listened to my preferences in spite of my unusual circumstances and suggested a vehicle that would tick all of my boxes. Chip worked with me to get me into financing that I could not only afford, but was happy with. Both men were patient and understanding as I consulted by phone with family members for opinions on the process, car, financing, etc. I never felt rushed or pressured. At all times, I felt not only heard, but understood. Both men seemed determined to come up with a solution that was truly right for me and easy to decide upon. It's not often you can say you felt cared for during any kind of sales transaction. I popped up to TruWorth just to make an enquiry and have a chat. I left within a few hours with a vehicle that I could not love more. I have had to return to the dealership twice more to finish up the delivery particulars and each time I am greeted warmly and as a friend. I am so grateful for these GOOD PEOPLE at TruWorth. More
