The true definition of customer service! I stopped by on a whim to see what vehicles were currently stocked on the lot. It was extremely cold. I planned to just quickly hop out look at a coup I stopped by on a whim to see what vehicles were currently stocked on the lot. It was extremely cold. I planned to just quickly hop out look at a couple window stickers then get back on my merry way when I was greeted by one of the Truworth sales associates, Tom Clark. Admittedly I was probably a bit short until Tom quickly explained their no surprises sales philosophy, which is supported by a non commissioned approach. I am certain this is what contributed to the light and team oriented environment throughout TruWorth. My quick pop in ended two hours later after two test drives, seven offers of coffee by seven different employees, and 30 minutes of diligence by a finance management team, who listened to what I needed rather than convincing me of something I didn’t...a ‘two hour pop in’ resulting in me driving away in my new (to me) Lexus! I never once felt uncomfortable, pressured or minimized as a female shopping for a car. I was respected and treated the same way I suspect all TruWorth employees treat ALL customers who walk in their door. Tom, the amazing sales associate, has been so kind to me and my family. He has followed up to see how satisfied I am with the car, and to offer assistance if we need help with any of the features on the car. My experience was A+ WOW all the way. We will definitely be ahopping at TruWorth again the next time we are in the market!! More
