Tom eventually moved into the service department, and any time I've visited there's been a familiar face that knows me (and my vehicle). They've made trips to my home and office to pick up my Escape when it had problems, always glad to accommodate and find a resolution together. Recently I traded in the Escape to get a Chevy Colorado. Getting a better offer from TruWorth than the KBB amount was a great start, and we were able to come to agreeable terms on the truck. I've wanted this vehicle for a long time and was relieved to see one in their inventory! A friend recommended we try TruWor My wife and I recently sold a 2012 Toyota Highlander and have traditionally utilized CARMAX when selling a vehicle. A friend recommended we try TruWorth as he had a positive experience so we proceeded to gather quotes from both companies and while CARMAX was slightly higher with their bid, this did not include the further value we could potentially receive through the Share Program so we took the risk of accepting slightly less initially and we participated in this program. Three weeks later our check arrived for over $1K and this this generated over $500 more than the CARMAX quote.
