The staff could not be more accommodating. Our son told them what he wanted, and what he had been looking at thus far. They asked questions to narrow down what he liked and disliked. Through this exercise, they were able to come up with the perfect car for him, and it was one he had not looked at, or even heard of before! We highly recommend this dealership! More

I had my obvious reservations about car dealerships and salespersons and was prepared with rebuttals in case I was to be talked into what I didn't want. When talking to Mike over the phone I learned that we had a lot in common. I also was comforted in making the 2 hr drive to see the vehicle and willing to walk away if not satisfied. I was more than impressed as the photos were accurate, the staff were great and I was quite entertained by Mike and my commonalities as I waited for paperwork to be finalized. It was a great experience buying my first vehicle from TruWorth Auto. I got my desired amount for my trade in. I got my dream vehicle with no hassles, no frustrations and no regrets. Scam artists I sold my vehichle to Truworth Auto. The process I was told about in the dealership was then "changed" or "altered" after I sold my car to them. Let me explain: I spoke first with, Ryan Green, whom outlined the process of selling my care through their "shares program". I was told that TruWorth would send a payoff to my bank for X about of money and that I would not only get a) an equity check from the payoff of the car, but b) I would also get a share of the net proceeds from the sale. I decide to move forward and start working with Carval Lyons, whom outlines the very same process as Ryan Green. So, I decided to move forward. Fast forward two weeks (although at the signing table I was reassured payoff(s) are send "next-day" - they are not) I call my bank to check on the payoff and my 'suppoded' equity check. Come to find out that instead of sending the bank the amount I signed the sales contract for, they sent a lower amount (a difference of about 200$s). I call and speak with Ryan Green, where he pulls what appears to bear a bait and switch. He tells me that I was mistaken - despite asking multiple times. Ryan, now, tells me that my "equity check" only comes once they receive title - a detail that was never mention. Mortal of the story - this is just like ALL DEALERS. THEY LIE TO GET YOU TO SIGN ON THE DOTTED LINE AND THEN SWITH THE DEAL ON YOU COMPLETELY. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS COMPANY AS I FEEL I WAS WRONGED! More
