Best Indianapolis Dealiership I Never Knew About I was really nervous about buying from TruWorth since they were a smaller dealer I'd never heard of, but I loved the car they were advertising and the I was really nervous about buying from TruWorth since they were a smaller dealer I'd never heard of, but I loved the car they were advertising and the reviews were brilliant, so I figured I'd give them a chance. Even though I was paying cash for a used car that didn't result in a huge sale for them, they treated my small daughter and I like family the entire time we were there. All three staff members we interacted with were genuinely friendly, there were no gimmicks, they gave me all the information I needed without any fluff and went over my options without trying to force on me anything I didn't need or want. I signed and drove away in a period of 35 minutes and they made the process so easy and comfortable and smooth. I even had my mechanic evaluate the car for me after purchase and he said it could not possibly have been in better condition and didn't nearly show its age. More

She was very up front and discussed clearly how TruWorth is different from other dealerships. There was no negotiating, etc. The price that is on the car, is the price you pay. Within a couple of hours, we test drove my new Ford Escape, filled out paperwork, were approved and drove off the lot with it. It was a great experience! We would definitely go back. More

I had another car $2000 cheaper picked out but came here first because it had such high ratings. The other dealer didn't have very many good reviews. Even thou the car was a little higher in price it was more than worth it. It has a few less miles, but they made the paper work super easy. Will definitely check them out next time we need a newer preowned car. More
