The typical experience is a high pressure sale followed by a day long wait while the paper work and financing gets completed. NOT HERE. You can shop in relative peace. Once you choose a vehicle the process to complete the paperwork and get you and your new vehicle off the lot is faster than any drive through restaurant. My sales professional, Robert, is absolutely awesome with a ton of patience. One of the vehicles I wanted to drive was buried in the back behind a line of vehicles. He acted as if it was his absolute mission in life to get that vehicle out for me even if it took all day. Fortunately, for him, it didn't come to that as I chose another vehicle. This was the 4th vehicle my family has bought here in the last year and we wouldn't shop anywhere else.....ever! No dealership can be perfect so if I would have anything negative to say it would be that the vehicle I bought didn't have any tire changing tools or, for that matter, a spare tire. The bracket which the tire suspends from and the wench mechanism that lifts and holds the tire under the car was missing. I consider this a safety issue and a vehicle should never leave the lot without these items. Watch the finance department carefully. They will push for you to purchase the little extra protection items. We expressed vehemently that we wanted none of these items but on the first 2 purchases they got inserted into the contract anyway. The last 2 times we reviewed the contract VERY carefully to avoid this happening. As I said though, all in all, this was by far the best experience I have ever had at any dealership. More
