Great sales guy but horrible follow through Thie sales guy was great at closing the deal. However, he said that there would be fixes made to the vehicle as a condition of sale that was never ma Thie sales guy was great at closing the deal. However, he said that there would be fixes made to the vehicle as a condition of sale that was never made and/or followed through by the service team. We called and brought the car back several times and the service STILL has not been completed! Now it's been months since the purchase... We have given up hope that the repairs will be completed. Once they get the sale... Communication is horrible! So get all your repairs done BEFORE you drive off the lot! More

Good but be careful! The guys I dealt with took pretty good care of me but when I got the car home I saw the owner’s manual in the back seat. I figured it was no big deal The guys I dealt with took pretty good care of me but when I got the car home I saw the owner’s manual in the back seat. I figured it was no big deal and grabbed it to put it in the glove box. When I grabbed it I noticed that was a dime size hole in the leather underneath of it! A BMW leather seat is not cheap. I contacted the salesmen and he longer works there. I asked him if I should contact someone there and he said I would probably be wasting my time. Ugh. Be careful! Look at everything and assume that something could be strategically placed or moved to cover up something that you don't want to see! Ok so after posting this review Kane reached out to me and they made it right! Even if you find something after purchase that doesn't seem quite right they are mostly going to help. They did me! Great job guys! More

would never recommend this place Sale staff was good but the service department is the worst I have ever seen.
