Mike was there to say no rush, don't feel pressured. They had me take it home and test drive it for the night --> get the fiance's approval -- and were able to work with me and my insurance/financial situations that took a couple extra days. Overall a good experience, and Mike was friendly and helped with all the questions/steps to buying a car. More

They took my 30,000 car harassed me for two words of owner -" You know your driving my car around right" After just the 1st visit that I had mentioned I had a trade. After several harassement phone calls I came back to only having 5 thousand trade value given to me for my car. Then they set me up with an insurance that I pay high and have 1000 deductible so anything under comes out of pocket. So no dealer covers the electrical problems everyday I have to live with the regret of losing my car to get into debt with a vechile that always has its engine light on & air bag mal functions ect... I should've never walked in to Truworth Auto. More

Best car buying experience This dealership is Awesome! I found my van online at truecar.com & emailed them about it. I received an email the next day & a phone call. The salespeople were super friendly & helpful. They answerered all of our questions & didn't pressure us about buying a car. Once we decided that we wanted to buy the van the salespeople worked together to make sure I got the van I wanted even though I have poor credit. They stand by their cars after the sale too. The day after we bought our van the power sliding door on the passenger side stopped working. So I emailed them & called them & they got us in for service within a couple of days. The service department was great to work with. They got the van in on time for our appointment & within 30 minutes they had found & fixed the issue AND even though we bought the van "As Is" they took care of the bill in-house & we didn't pay a cent! This was the best car buying experience I've ever had & I would glady recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good vehicle at a very affordable prize. CJ More
