Extra Mile Stephen went the extra mile for us. A few days fter we bought our Lincoln MKZ, we went to program our keyless entry system. We realized that the fact Stephen went the extra mile for us. A few days fter we bought our Lincoln MKZ, we went to program our keyless entry system. We realized that the factory key code was not included in the original owners kit in the glove box. The local Ford store wanted $98 to "use their diagnostic machine" to get the code!!! We called Stephen to see if he could assist us. HE DID!! He checked the files at TruWorth to see if the OEM card with the he code had fallen out, he talked to their service technicians to see how to solve this, then he called me back saying that "HE HAD GONE ON THE INTERNET AND FOUND THAT THE CODE WAS LISTED IN SEVERAL AREAS ON THE CAR. UNDER THE DASHBOARD BY THE STERRING WHEEL WAS ON E OF THE POSSIBLE PLACES"! He was RIGHT!There was the code we needed! Well done Stephen! More

Also, their profit share program is unique to the auto sales industry and was another reason the car was sold to TruWorth Auto. Worked with Tom Clark and told him of the inconvenience that awaited my elderly In-laws with getting them to the dealership to turn over the car title and sign paperwork. Through the course of conversation, Tom learned that my In-laws were in assisted living and approximately 10 miles away. Mr. Clark said, "no problem, we will go to them". Their staff prepared the transaction documents and Tom and Scott Thurber brought the bank draft with them to my In-law's assisted living apartment. The paperwork was signed and the title, keys and bank draft were exchanged. I could not have imagined a better auto selling experience. The effort put forth by all involved at TruWorth Auto to make this selling experience convenient is greatly appreciated. They truly went the extra mile! More

The car was priced very fair and I got more than what I expected for my trade in. I was treated with respect and like an intelligent human being rather than being treated like I am stupid and no nothing about cars because I am a women which has happened at more places than I can count. I know my cars and it was nice to be treated with decency. Plus, the profit sharing is really awesome!! Never heard of that before. Chip and Tom are awesome.
