Tyler was super personable and knowledgeable, I sent a request about a specific vehicle and he contacted me quickly and got us in that night. I waited a few days to see if a manager would reach out and at least apologize before posting this but of course they just ignored me. They reached out to me about buying my vehicle and I mentioned multipl and at least apologize before posting this but of course they just ignored me. They reached out to me about buying my vehicle and I mentioned multiple times before even showing up that I owed more than what they would probably offer and that I was not able to pay the left over amount. They told me not to worry they would work it out. When I get there the salesman (who was extremely nice and respectful) told me what would happen is the left over amount would just be billed to me by the bank and I would work it out with them. Cool, I was a fine with that. We signed paperwork, they took my car to the back and I was done. Waited for my ride and was about to leave and the salesman comes running out to me. He asked if I could come back inside with him as something “funky” had happened. When I get inside he said basically I have to write them a check for the leftover balance or they would no longer buy my car. I told him that was my concern before I even walked in the door and he just grabbed my keys and walked me out the door. No manager came to apologize or make anything right. The poor salesman was new and they put him out on the floor without proper training. So when I got home I messaged the same person that I was dealing with prior to even coming in and no answer. So I emailed the manager who had originally reached out to me via email, no answer. I’m seriously just so shocked that a place with such good reviews treated me this way. It’s one thing to mess up, but to not even own up to it or try and make things right is just flat out bad business. I will never recommend them and I will never go back to them. More
