Quick and Friendly I enjoyed the no-haggle atmosphere. It took the pressure off the buying experience. The sales people were friendly and helpful. There was a weird thin I enjoyed the no-haggle atmosphere. It took the pressure off the buying experience. The sales people were friendly and helpful. There was a weird thing with one of the cars we looked at—the engine bay had been filled with nuts by a squirrel! They were quick to address it as some of the cars they keep by a walnut tree. My only critique is that the sales person said he “didn’t want to apologize since it was a freak accident of nature” to which I say, TruWorth should be taking care of their inventory and inspecting things regularly, so an apology is totally appropriate. Good buying experience over-all though. More

They gave me a check right away for my vehicle it was close to the carfax and KBB low end suggestion. About 2-3 weeks later, I got my Shares program check! Everything worked they way they said it would. The estimation got the shares check was about $300 less than the actual check but I’m happy to get a second check! Caleb was great. More
