Horrific experience. Sent my daughter there to buy an accord they had listed for $21491 on their website. When she got there they told her it would be 15% or more finance rate. She told them she would come back the following day with financing. She got approved for 5.5% with our credit Union and went back the next day. When she got there the price was then $25,999. I called them to ask why and they were wildly argumentative and told me I needed proof. I just instructed her to leave. More

Employees doesn’t care when i have issues after i purchased i trade in & purchase a new car with them. Employees doesn’t even want to be corrected! They don’t hear when I request to change the sale c purchased i trade in & purchase a new car with them. Employees doesn’t even want to be corrected! They don’t hear when I request to change the sale contract because numbers are wrong. They even force me to get insurance which I mentioned that I don’t need it plus I don’t have that on my previous car with them back in 2020. Be careful buying here! You will be robbed! More
