The trade-in value of our Jeep offered was also very fair. The paperwork was all filled out completely and accurately. Since we lived 1 hour away from the dealership we also appreciated the phone calls and emails with attachments as we negotiated all aspects of the sale. Good job! More

I'm an out of state buyer and wanted the car delivered on a particular weekend to the metro Detroit area. Every aspect of the deal was communicated to me so clearly and accurately that when the paperwork arrived in advance of delivery, it was exactly as expected. For this reason, I did not have any questions to ask Denny while reviewing the paperwork and was able to ship it back the same day. With regard to the pricing offered to me, I had been Jeep shopping for a few months and found the deal offered me to be in the top 10 percentile as compared to other dealers I had worked with. For this reason, I didn't feel the need to further negotiate, I knew he was looking to sell the Jeep vs. haggling over a few dollars and drag out the process. He also quoted me the lease deal I asked for, compared to other dealers that took it upon themselves to quote me longer lease terms with more money down just to make the monthly payment seem lower. During the negotiating, I explained to Todd and Denny that I would prefer to register the Jeep myself at the state DMV vs having them handle the process for me. They prepared a packet for me to bring to my local DMV with all the necessary paperwork required for titling and registration. I went to the DMV with the packet they put together for me and it was a flawless process and I was able to get plates on the spot. Based on my experience thus far, coming back for a my next Jeep from Tubbs is a no brainer. More

I'm sorry! Well they lost three buyers. My son in law and wife won't be there nor will my father and mother. In fact my Dad just bought a new one from imaly city Well they lost three buyers. My son in law and wife won't be there nor will my father and mother. In fact my Dad just bought a new one from imaly city last week. It took a while to write this. Not only did they push us to buy something, when we drove it home that day the CD player didn't work the car would hesitate while in cruze control. And the back window was leaking air so bad. Emailed the sales rep and he said to bring it back, we did and they did nothing. I fixed it myself and then took it to my mechanic which we spent another $400 to fix the car correctly. So so much for their 120 point inspection. Thanks but no thanks again. Sorry this family won't be back ever! More
