I am a third time customer at Tubbs and will be a lifelong customer. My first purchase was a cheap used vehicle and Mike and the staff treated me like I was spending millions. I had never been at a dealership where everyone was so friendly and helpful. This place is not like any other dealership. I've dealt with at least five area dealerships and would never return. The other dealerships have made me feel like I'm wasting their time or I'm not important, they had bad customer service skills or they were pushy. I would buy a car from Tubbs Brothers in a heart beat and look forward to doing so in the future. A few weeks ago I contacted the dealership asking if I could buy a few license plate frames from them since look forward to doing so in the future. A few weeks ago I contacted the dealership asking if I could buy a few license plate frames from them since my last name (Tubbs) is the same as the dealership. I doubted I would receive a response since I live in NY and the dealership is in Michigan, and they would receive no publicity from a license plate frames on cars in NY nor would it be practical to assume I would ever be buying a car from them. Within less than a day, I received a phone call and 2 emails from 3 different Tubbs Brothers’ employees (Dennis Dawson, Todd Tessmer, and unfortunately I forget the name of the 3rd gentleman) offering to send me the license plate frames free of charge. They all couldn’t be nicer, and in less than a week I had my frames. Now, if they treated me this way with no hope of making a sale, I can only imagine how well they treat folks looking to buy a car. When it comes time for me to buy another car, I fully plan on reaching out to Tubbs Brothers to see if there is some way to make that happen. More

I have had a loaded 2000 Dodge Dakota since 2001 and I liked it and it's size. It's the best value for 'Midsize'. So for hours I looked all over the internet for a slightly used Dodge Dakota and after I f liked it and it's size. It's the best value for 'Midsize'. So for hours I looked all over the internet for a slightly used Dodge Dakota and after I found one on Tubb's web sight. I kept looking for a better deal but I couldn't find any that were close - especially with that low mileage on the odometer. I also checked the book values for this Dakota and was satisfied with the price Tubb's had it for. As a matter of fact it was a real good price and just what I was looking for and a very pretty pearl deep green color. Randy Hill was real helpful and friendly and so were all the other staff I met and helped with the finance paperwork. I drove 80 miles north to look at the truck and had a happy drive home in it. I like everything that happened there and I'm so glad that they had what I wanted and made it affordable for me to buy. It's like it was an answer to my prayers and was just waiting for me to have it!! More
