I first went into Tubbs Brothers to get information on leasing options of a 2013 Ford Fusion. I did not want to feel pressured or manipulated into something I didn't want and Bruce (my sales person) answ leasing options of a 2013 Ford Fusion. I did not want to feel pressured or manipulated into something I didn't want and Bruce (my sales person) answered all my questions and gave me information without making me feel uncomfortable. After discussing the options he gave me with a trusted friend, I returned and made arrangments with Bruce for a lease of the Fusion that fit my needs. He was very helpful and kept me informed of the progress being made for the Fusion lease. Bruce even picked me up and took me to the dealership when the Fusion was ready for leasing. Within a week of my first visit I had my Fusion and was VERY pleased with the way everything was handled. I was introduced to the various departments at Tubbs Brothers, received gifts, and Bruce showed me how to operate my new Fusion. A great experience! More

My fiance and I were looking for an affordable yet very well equipped SUV with great gas mileage and great reliability. Chris met us as we walked in and was extremely down to earth and friendly. We were able to freely list the things we were looking for and price ranges. I told Chris we were looking to do something with a trade in and he gave us the low down on the way the do trade in values and was very easy going about us being short of time and having to come back 5 days later. I was actually quit surprised that he let us walk out the door without bantering us like I have experienced at prior dealerships. He set up an appointment for us to come back and also had a jeep that was not previously on the lot to see if that would best fit our expectations. The pricing for my trade in and the new Jeep was extremely fair and the finalizing went as smooth as one could hope for. We are very happy with the new vehicle and even more pleased to still be in contact with Chris every so often to make sure things are good and with ordering accessories. More
