OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. THE PEOPLE WERE EXCEPTIONAL TO DEAL WITH. THE ONLY PROBLEM WE ENCOUNTERED WAS THAT WE HAD TO GO TO THE CHASE BANK AND GET A CERTIFIED CHECK FOR THE DOWN PAYMENT. We have purchased/leased many, many vehicles over the past 35 plus years from Tubbs Brothers. They first care about the customers needs and the cost and the quality of the vehicle the customer would like past 35 plus years from Tubbs Brothers. When you go into a big city dealer, they are trying to get the customer to sign on the dotted line before one gets their foot in the front door. From our years of first hand experience that we have had, Tubbs Brosthers turley care about customer needs, then finds a vehicle to fit the customers needs. They are friendly, caring and take care of every customer as it their first. There is a lot to be said about a small town dealer. In the case of Tubbs Brosthers and their staff, they really do care, its not just a meaningless sales slogan, its a way of businnes at that location.
