I’ve never Invested in a newer vehicle, I’ve always just bought used from friends.. so walking into this whole process was a little intimidating. Bobby made the whole process a dream. He is super responsive and genuinely cares about your best interest. He’s not out to up-sell for something you don’t need or want and his background as a mechanic, he knows his vehicles. I came to Bobby in May, and I was pretty specific with what I wanted. We tried a few different cars and once I had my mind set, we searched for a charger. On Friday morning when I called the service manager(Tom) He explained to me that they were all booked up but that he would see what he could do. Ford road side assistance towed my truck to the Sandusky dealership. They put they're best tech. on my truck and repaired it that day! saving my vacation and my next work week with out my truck. I was Four hours from home and not having a truck would have been a major inconvenience. Thank you Tubbs brothers service department for your help. More
