We traded our older 2013 Ford Edge for a 2018 Ford Explorer. Shawn is a great guy. Very friendly. Very helpful and answered our questions. He got things done. We had the service department put in a remote start as part of the deal. Shawn arranged for a courtesy car while the remote was put in. Shawn went the full extension of the sale. Wouldn't purchase a vehicle anywhere else! I bought a 2013 Ford F-150 from Tubbs before moving to North Dakota to begin my travel nursing experience and Mike couldn't say one negative thing abo I bought a 2013 Ford F-150 from Tubbs before moving to North Dakota to begin my travel nursing experience and Mike couldn't say one negative thing about the warranty I had purchased. Long story short, I had no problems with my truck until I got to Connecticut where my 4WD went out in a parking lot. I took my vehicle to the nearest Ford Company in Connecticut to get fixed and ended up having problems with my warranty covering it. I contacted Tubbs Brothers as soon as I got the news and spoke to Mike Donbrosky, who was incredible! He spoke to the warranty company multiple times, confused as to why the warranty package I bought wouldn't cover the fix as it includes so much. Mike was generous enough to speak to his colleagues and Tubbs Brothers ended up covering the fix for my pick up for me, given the circumstances, no questions asked! My wife is going to need a vehicle very soon and Tubbs Brothers will be the dealership of choice with that kind of customer service! Simply amazing! Thank you for everything! Fun fact, my grandpa purchased a brand new 2001 Dodge Ram pick up from here also in the past and had an amazing experience as well! I cannot thank this dealership and Mike enough! More

Awful customer service I had an appointment to have our truck serviced for recalls.when i first cam in the lady at the counter coukdnt find our appointment.i asked if thwy w I had an appointment to have our truck serviced for recalls.when i first cam in the lady at the counter coukdnt find our appointment.i asked if thwy would be abke to look and see why the check engine light was on while they already had it here,she said yes.after about 10 minutes she said we were all set and asked me to sign a paper i did so.after waiting the 2 hours for the work to be done, she comes to tell me the truck is almost ready and what was causing the light ti be on.she then mentions i owe 120.00 for them looking at the check engine light.In my opinion,this is completly unaccaptable! A customer shoukd be made aware of any charges associated with something like that.i would have never agreed to pay that much for someone just to look at especially when they akready were doing work on it for recalls.i did speak to a manager and she did knock down the price but i will not ever be using this service place again and would not suggest it to anyone.one person can ruun a whole experience! When we baught the truck a few moths back the sales department was absolutley wonderful and i knew i would be a repeat customer pretty sad someone ruined a great experience because of horrible customer service.
