With my previous Forester I always scheduled for early in the morning, but had to come in at 3:30 for this one, so I was a little concerned that they might be behind and my wait might be longer than normal. That wasn't the case at all. Chris Fisher provided me with a reasonable time for the work, and it was completed a few minutes early. Totally satisfied! More
Love Encore delivery Darla was very helpful in familiarizing me with the tech features of my new car. Her extensive background in technology education is most evident. She directed me how to manage all the controls and settings and talked me through it. This was the best way for me to learn. But due to my aging brain I may have to schedule another session with Darla in the future. More

She demonstrated how to use the safety/entertainment apps and devices and also explained the options and different ways I can access the technology. I especially appreciated her patience. I felt very comfortable asking her questions especially since I’m not real tech savvy. Having an expert hired to specifically help customers with the new technology is a real asset to your dealership. More

Mr. Dan Ford has been excellent in the Service Department !. I have owned 2 Subaru's , 1995 and 2007. Mr. Ford has taken care of all my questions and service. He has always taken the time to explained what was I have owned 2 Subaru's , 1995 and 2007. Mr. Ford has taken care of all my questions and service. He has always taken the time to explained what was being done to my car. He keeps me updated on getting the parts and when my car will be ready. Navigation System Problem We were on a trip to AZ and had major issues with our navigation system as it had stopped working. We stopped by the Tucson Subaru Dealership and they got us right in. Christopher Fisher told us there was an update to the navigation system and it would take approximately 90 minutes to update it. We have a 2016 Subaru Outback Limited that is still under warranty. They did the update and were very nice and professional. More
Service car maintenance Over filled oil, wasn't taken seriously until i went in and even then i had to convince them to check it. It was overfilled 2-3 quartz. Had called prior but they had no record of me calling in, was promised a call back before I took my car in and I never got one. I had been taking my subaru there for almost a year and a half for maintenance. Sorry not again not after me getting under my car seeing the oil filter dented and clips missing from my oil pan cover. Called to see what they could do and then never got it resolved. Dan was a cool guy kind of helped me out but i would never go back this review is more of the dealership and the hassle i dealt with running around. More
