I came in for a class action lawsuit WITH a case number and they tried to charge me for the work that is COVERED through the case number. I spoke to the manager, Frank and he said that even though corporat and they tried to charge me for the work that is COVERED through the case number. I spoke to the manager, Frank and he said that even though corporate Hyundai told me it’s covered, that it was “just a call center” so I’d have to pay. Took it to Regional Hyundai and all the work it needs is covered thru the case number after all. More
