I really appreciate Turner Kia fitting me in for an urgent brake job the same day I called. My regular Kia dealership scheduled me almost two weeks out for the same emergency, which was incredibly frus urgent brake job the same day I called. I accidentally provided the mechanic with the wrong brake pads. While they did catch that I had the wrong rotors, they didn't notice the incorrect brake pads. This oversight led to my front brake pads being ruined in just seven months. I believe auto experts should verify parts with customers before installing them, rather than putting incorrect components into a vehicle. On top of that, Turner Kia identified another issue that was covered under warranty, something my regular Kia dealership completely missed. These repeated disappointments have convinced me to switch to Turner Kia for my future service needs. More
