I w@s so happy with the buying experience with the new forte we purchased for my younger daughter that we bought a used low mileage Mazda for my older daughter. This took a couple of weeks (as expected) and when the time came to have them complete the work my daughter and I showed up a week early to drop the car off. We messed up the date! The service adviser said they were booked solid but they would ask the mechanic if they could do anything. The mechanic came out and said to leave the vehicle and that he would do the work and try to have it done by end of the day. On our way out we ran into Mike the GM and thanked him and he not only remembered us but asked how both daughters liked their cars! Such a nice buying and accommodating service experience! Honestly I could not be happier. This is not a big sexy dealership with chandeliers and computer monitors built into the desks, instead they simply do business they way business should be done. The way business used to be done, by treating you like you matter. More

Just had my seltos serviced on Monday July tenth. Scott was very pleasant and he let me know how long it would take and he was right on the money. Took my car in for insp. Needed a new battery. They installed one. Since then my car alarm is going off, the car was deader than dead; had to call AAA and now the driver’s d Needed a new battery. The car no long beeps when I lock it. I don’t know what they did to it but I am very unhappy.. The service department at this dealership is lousy. Nothing like it used to be!! More

I cosigned a car for my daughter. They messed up my social security number and when they asked me to fix it they said it did not matter what the last digit was. I said that's ridiculous and not true. They assured me my credit would be ran once. They actually ran it 3 times for hard inquires. Dropped my credit score. The salesman Mitch told us 5 minutes for paperwork it took 2 hours and he disappeared not giving us an update. I was having major surgery in 2 days I was in allot of pain. They were aware and still took their good old time. They assumed my daughter had a down payment without asking her. Another salesman yelled at me after I yelled for Mitch he had 5 minutes to get it done after sitting for an hour and a half. They called my daughter and told her I needed to take a picture of my driver's license and send it to them. My husband called and told Mitch I am laid up in bed for 6 to 10 weeks He hing up on my husband. They offered to drive to my house to get a copy. My husband explained they are so untrustworthy we would not do that. Jeff explained to my husband he heard about our situation after we left. Did we get a phone call apologizing? Nope nothing until they needed something from me. The whole experience was lies and deceit and it was awful. I will never go or recommend this car dealership ever. If it wasn't for my daughter having her heart set on the car I would have left. We have told all our friends about our experience. They were in awe and shock over what was done to us. They also will not be going to Turner Kia. My daughter just found out her registration is messed up. It is still showing her trade in car. So when will this nightmare end. More
